NCME Call for Proposals Submission System Live
06/01/2007
The proposal submission system is now open for the NCME 2008 Annual Meeting at http://www.ncme.org/proposal/!
Only electronic proposals submitted through this site will be accepted. In order to submit a proposal you must first register. The registration system also enables you to volunteer to serve in your areas of expertise as a:
a) Reviewer of proposals;
b) Session moderator; and/or
c) Session discussant
We strongly encourage all NCME members to volunteer for one or more of these roles even if not submitting a proposal, as the quality of the Annual Meeting depends upon members agreeing to complete these tasks. Detailed instructions for using the system are provided online.
For those of you who served as Reviewers for last year’s Annual Meeting, we sincerely appreciate your valued input and time to serve. Note that your expertise categories listed are based on your input from the previous year’s registration. Please be sure to check “yes” after logging in or upon new registration, if you are willing to serve as a reviewer for the 2008 program. The role of reviewer is critical to our program to ensure the presentations meet the high standards of NCME and to serve to promote progress in our field. Please consider participating as a reviewer for the NCME 2008 Annual Meeting and indicate “Yes” when you register at http://www.ncme.org/proposal.
Proposals may be submitted until 11:59 PM PST, August 1st, 2007. The call for proposals is located at http://www.ncme.org/proposal/docs/2008NCMECallforProposals.doc.
