The most frequent login problem is entering the correct username and password, only to be taken back to the login screen. This is usually caused by a corporate or personal firewall discarding or erasing our security information. We have found the biggest culprit to be Norton Internet Security. If you are having difficulties of this sort, you may need to disable your firewall or add the NCME submission site to the program. Also, make sure your browser is set to accept "cookies."
If you are you using a version of Safari <1.3 you will probably experience the inability to login with this browser. Older versions of Safari are "broken" when it comes to some security scripting. If this is the case you can upgrade Safari or try Firefox for Mac.
