NCME Colleagues,

We are excited to announce that the preliminary program for the 2025 NCME Annual Meeting is now available!

Follow these steps to find your scheduled sessions:

  1. Select “Speakers” from the left-hand menu.
  2. Type in your name and select it from the list.
  3. View the pop-up window with your scheduled sessions. Note that your roles as presenting author or co-author will appear in the top of the box under “Sessions/Presentations”. If you have any roles as Chair, Moderator, or Discussant, they will be listed under “Sessions” at the bottom of the box.

Alternatively, you can search by a presentation/session title by selecting “Search/Filter Program”.

All presenters and participants should review the program to verify that all the information for your session/paper is correct.

If you would like to request any corrections to your session/paper information, please email the program chairs at NCMEProgramChairs@ncme.org by the end of the day, Friday, February 14, 2025. Note that any issues with your name or affiliation can be edited by you on the Member Profile page of the submission system by clicking “Update Profile.”

Remember that we have excellent learning opportunities, scholarship, and gatherings throughout the 4-day program, including our training sessions on Wednesday, our joint reception (and following graduate student reception) with AERA Division D on Thursday, our business meeting and awards celebrations on Friday, and our Fun Run and Informal Presidential Closing Reception (with an exclusive gift) on Saturday.

Lastly, if you have not yet registered, please do so by February 20, 2025 to get the early-bird rate. For those who have not yet renewed their membership, please do so early to ensure that the system recognizes your status.

We look forward to seeing you all in April!

Sincerely,

Katherine Castellano and Scott Monroe, NCME Annual Meeting Co-Chairs

Andrew Ho, NCME President
