Travel Grants

NCME will award a limited number of $1,000 travel grants to members presenting at the conference and with financial need, prioritizing those affected by federal cuts, and including graduate students. These grants reflect NCME’s commitment to ensuring that federal disruptions do not diminish the strength or variety of participation at our meetings. Our goal is simple: Ensure that financial barriers don’t keep anyone from contributing to the scholarship, community, and energy that make our meetings so impactful. Applications are open through January 31; notifications will be made by February 13.

Lodging

After registering (once available), you will receive access to Connections Housing to book a hotel. NMCE’s primary hotel will be the InterContinental Downtown Los Angeles. Beware of scam emails about Annual Meeting housing. Please be aware of fake solicitations for hotel rooms for NCME 2026. Connections Housing is the ONLY housing provider for NCME and AERA.
