NCME has appointed Dr. André A. Rupp as the incoming Editor for Instructional Topics in Educational Measurement Series for the editorial term effective November 2016 through October 2019. Dr. Rupp will be following current ITEMS Editor Dr. Holmes Finch, who completes his term in October 2016.

Everson Named New EM:IP Editor Starting in 2016

NCME recently appointed Dr. Howard Everson as the incoming Editor for EM:IP. Dr. Everson will be assuming EM:IP editorship for the 2016-2018 term (volumes 35-37). Dr. Everson follows current EM:IP Editor Dr. Derek Briggs, who completes his term in December 2015.
