The Publications Committee seeks one volunteer to serve as a regular member on the Committee, and another volunteer to serve as a student member. Because we are recruiting in the summer, these two memberships will begin on August 2019 and extend through April 2021 (for the selected student member) and April 2023 (for the regular member).
Attendance of annual meetings is not a requirement of membership on the Publications Committee; however, you must maintain your NCME membership during tenure on the Committee. You also may serve on only one committee at a time. If you wish to apply, please review this one-page summary about the Publications Committee.
If you are interested in being considered for a regular or student appointment on the NCME Publications Committee, please submit the following to William Lorié, Co-Chair, NCME Publications Committee (william.lorie@gmail.com) no later than Monday, July 15, 2019:
- A statement describing why you are interested and qualified to serve on the Committee, as well as your area of interest (finance, bibliometrics, new publications, submissions monitoring, or any other area – including areas not listed in the one-page summary); and
- Your current CV.
