Hello NCME members,
Once again we are having a "Design the Shirt" contest for the 2020 NCME fitness run/walk! We are looking for you, the NCME membership, to create and then select the design for the shirt (we will add sponsor logos to the winning design). We are requesting that designs be created and submitted by the NCME membership (or those individuals involved in measurement field/community) as opposed to professional designs requested by an NCME member of an individual not involved in the measurement field/community.
Designs should be a maximum of two colors, one color is recommended if possible. As we try to use the shirt color as a color for the design please include the desired shirt color information with the design. Submissions can be for a single print placed on the front or back of the shirt OR for a front and back print. The front of the shirt is typically a smaller design with information about the event (year, place, small image). The back of the shirt is typically a larger design (full back print) and includes sponsor logos (we will add the sponsor logos to the winning design prior to printing).
For all design submissions please indicate:
- desired placement (front or back)
- desired shirt color
- the suggested dimensions/location (small left chest, full back, full front, etc.).
Please use only pdf or jpg files for submission.
Please do NOT include any copyrighted images or images that are substantially similar to a copyrighted image as these cannot be used. By submitting a design for consideration the individual submitting the design agrees that the submitted image is not copyrighted.
Submissions will be due to Jill via email (Jill.vandenHeuvel@alpinetesting.com) no later than Friday, January 17, 2020. Voting will occur in early February (an email will be sent to all NCME membership with a link for voting) and the winning design will be revealed on the shirts at the conference. We are looking forward to your creative submissions!
Please email Jill at Jill.vandenHeuvel@alpinetesting.com with any questions or submissions.
