We are happy to announce that Art Thacker of HumRRO has been selected as NCME newsletter editor starting January 1, 2021. Art is a Principal Scientist at HumRRO and has extensive experience supporting state testing programs in many states including Kentucky, Illinois, North Dakota and Pennsylvania. He also was a high school teacher. In coming issues we will properly introduce Art to the readership.
