Hello!
My name is Emily Wetherell, and I'm a current graduate student at the University of Iowa. In June of 2021 I will complete my Ph.D. in Educational Measurement and Statistics and begin my career as a research methodologist at Gallup in Omaha, NE.
My primary expertise is the development of non-cognitive assessments such as personality tests, employee selection tools, and web surveys. I have worked as a researcher, evaluator, and psychometrician for a variety of organizations and have found a passion for the design and use of measurement instruments across both organizational and educational settings.
